FAQ

Plain answers about RippaMate, AI operators and workflow automation.

What is an AI operator?

An AI operator is a controlled workflow that uses AI to help triage, draft, route, remind, summarise or follow up. It supports human decisions instead of hiding them.

Is this just ChatGPT or Zapier?

No. Those tools may be used, but RippaMate focuses on the business workflow: what should happen, when, who reviews it and how the system stays useful.

Will AI replace staff?

The V1 focus is reducing repetitive work and improving consistency. The goal is to support people, not remove judgement from important decisions.

What if AI makes mistakes?

AI should not be trusted blindly. RippaMate designs human-control points, clear rules and review paths where mistakes would matter.

What tools can this connect to?

It depends on the workflow. Common inputs include forms, email, SMS, calendars, spreadsheets, CRMs and job systems.

What do you need from me?

A clear target workflow, examples of the current process, the tools involved and what a good outcome should look like.

How fast can a first workflow launch?

Simple first workflows can often be scoped quickly, but timeline depends on tool access, risk and how clear the existing process is.

What if my business is not ready?

Then the right answer may be an AI readiness audit or a simpler workflow cleanup before automation.

How is customer data handled?

Data handling depends on the tools involved. The safest path is to use the minimum data required and keep human review around sensitive steps.

What happens after the survey?

You receive a practical recommendation and can request Dean to review whether the workflow is a fit for an audit or build.
